Returns
We hope you love your Anya Jewellery pieces, but if you wish to return your purchase, a full refund will be provided, excluding the shipping fee. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the same packaging they were sent in. Any free items you receive must also be sent back in order to be eligible for a refund.
To process your refund, the returned item must first be inspected upon arrival. Please note that items showing signs of damage, wear, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are also not given if any damages occur when trying on the item.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable, ensuring every piece meets the highest standard of cleanliness for all customers. Additionally, any complimentary gifts included with your purchase must also be returned to complete the refund process.

Please note that the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your items arrive safely.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at anya@anyajewellery.com.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you have ordered the incorrect size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item following our returns process.
Cancellations
Due to the automated nature of our system, we are unable to process cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if you need to make changes to your order, such as adjusting a size, please email us as soon as possible at anya@anyajewellery.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Liability Disclaimer
We cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services while items are in transit. Should any issues arise during transit, we advise customers to contact the courier service directly to resolve the matter. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that we do not provide transit insurance and cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during shipping.
Anya Jewellery hand-packs each item with care and thoroughly inspects every piece to ensure it meets our quality standards before it is sent out. While we ensure the highest standards of quality before dispatch, we are not liable for any damage incurred once the item has been delivered to the customer, including damages that may occur if the item is tried on.
